Custom Barcode Labels
|
You can define your own custom barcode label, have multiple designs and manage the
label designs using revision management.

Product Specific Barcode Labels |
Different barcode labels for different products? No problem each Product Definition
within EZ-MES can have its own Barcode Label design. |

Include Part Data |
Want to show an expiration date on a label? No problem any collected data that is
available through the Part Record can be printed on the barcode label. |

Label Print Check |
Steps can be configured to check if the barcode label is printed at least once,
if the label is not yet printed the traveler can be blocked to move to the next
step. |

For Travelers containing multiple parts, batch print of the barcode labels is available
through a single mouse click. |

Use of your own graphics |
Your own images, e.g. your company logo, can be incorporated in the Label design.

Barcodes can be immediately be printed from your browser. The system can be configured
to print from parts or from Travelers . |

2D Barcodes PDF 417 |
For labels that have to fit on a small area, or labels that contain a lot of data
in the barcode, 2D barcodes can used. |

Equipment Barcodes |
Equipment barcode labels showing e.g. the next calibration date can be printed. These
labels can be attached to equipment which can be used as an input for the equipment
that is used for an operation.

Traveler Barcodes |
A traveler can be used to combine multiple parts. You can print traveler barcodes
to have simple access to all the parts with a single scan. |

Shipping Labels
|
Because the labels are completely configurable you can make labels that can be used
for shipping labels, printing the shipping with barcodes for each part or lot. |
