Recent extensions on the EZ-MES Manufacturing Execution System:
- Extended barcode support
26 June 2009: Besides the existing barcode support, new barcode functionality is
added. The new supported features are:
- Define your own custom labels
- Different labels for different products
- Include custom product information
- Supports 2D Barcode e.g. PDF417
- Labels for Lots, Batches and Parts

- Extension on Unique ID syntax
27 May 2009: Any name value data stored on a Part Record, or any Product specification
stored on the connected Part Definitions, can be used to automatically generate new
Unique Identifiers. For example it possible to generate Serial numbers like: W0001-P01-D01
where the Serial Number of the Parent part is inherited by the child parts adding
an new sequencer. This is usefull if you dice parts into smaller parts, but still
would like to from the Unique ID what the parent part was.
