How to create Hierarchical Flow Definitions
Besides
adding Step Definitions to a Flow Definitions
it is possible to ad other
Flow Definitions. This way you are able to create Hierarchical Flows with
unlimmited levels of Hierarchy.
You can use this for the following:
- To deal with reoccurring step sequences. You can define these steps into a separate
Flow Definitions and add this Flow Definition as a Step
- The Part
State changes during the flow. E.g. you would like to move parts to inventory
but keep them on a Traveler.
The procedure to add a Flow Definition is the same as
adding a Step Definitions but now you have to use the second pulldown as
shown in the following figure:
