How to Define a Text Data Entry?

Within EZ-MES text Data Entries can be defined. These Data Entries (aka: Name-Value Pairs) will appear for the Step Definitions for which they are defined. At the moment a Flow Record enters that specific Step Definition, the Configurable Data Entry Section on the Flow Record Form will show an entry for the text.
