Controlled Document Tab on Configuration Forms

Most EZ-MES forms for configuration EZ-MES Object have a Controlled Document Tab to link Revision Controlled Documents. The Controlled Documents do not yet have to exist when they are linked to the Configuration object, just click the -- Create New Document -- option from the pull down to create a new Revision Controlled Document.
