Introduction
If you are starting from scratch, then this is the right page to start. But before
you start, you need at least the following:
In general it is probably a good idea to just skim throught the
Basics Manual to learn how to login, logout, and change your personal account
settings.

Before you start, please note the following:
- Color coding of Forms
Within EZ-MES all forms that are used for definitions (the configuration of the
system) are blue forms. All forms that
are used for actual parts/travelers (instances of a definition) are
green forms.
- Trouble Shooting
Whenever you run into an issue, you can check the Trouble
Shooting Page to see if there is fast solution for it. If that does not
help, you can always contact us, or use the build in
Chat Application to chat with us.
- Refresh
It is possible that information is not updated in Forms and Listboxes,
in this case press the 'Refresh Button' to force an update. Most forms have a big
'Refresh' button and for Listboxes the refresh button can be found in the lower
right corner.
