Create a New Lot
For this
Traveler 6 Wafers are attached to the Traveler. The current step has a Special
Create Lot Entry to create new Lots. Enter the Lot Number and press the sequence
button to create the Lot.
After you enter the Sequence button EZ-MES will ask for a confirmation.
After pressing OK the Lot number will be added to each Wafer. To open the Lot you
can click the Lot Hyperlink. In the Lot Dialog you can add in your comments for
this Lot.
From the main desktop it is always possible to ask for a list of all Lots. The following
figure shows the Steps to open this list.
