Work Order Desktop

The following screenshot shows the Work Order Desktop:

The Work Order desktop is used to manage and create work orders, and to manage the requested items

By clicking one of the Icons the following Listboxes can be opened:

  • Charge Accounts

    Charge Accounts can be used as a way to group the expenses of different work orders. Each Work Order can be linked to a different Charge Account.

  • Work Orders

    Opens a list of all Work Orders. New Work Orders can be created by clicking the New Work Order icon in the upper left corner.

  • Requested Items on Work Orders

    On a single Work Order different Items can be selected. It is also possible to create different items for the same part with different delivery dates. This information will be used in calculating the prioritization for production.

  • List of all Attached Documents
  • All revisions on configuration elements
