Online Documentation: Reports and Data Export Manual

List of All Pre-Formatted Reports in EZ-MES

All pre-formatted reports are using hyperlinks to enable you to drill down. Each EZ-MES Object can be opened directly from the reports. Each Report can be printed immediately from the browser without exporting it to PDF.

Click one of the following links to learn more on a specific report (Where to find them and how to use them):

  • WIP Report

    Shows the Work In Process (WIP). The report can be configured to show:

  • Throughput Report

    The throughput reports shows all the ins and outs per Step and Flow Definitions for custom time intervals. The report can be configured to show:

    • Summerized per Part Definition
    • Showing each Serialized Part Record
    • Showing each Traveler
    • For each Flow Definition
  • Traveler Report

    From the Traveler Form a Traveler Report can be printed. This report show the completed and the scheduled steps for the current Flow Definition. The report can be configured to show the following:

    • Barcode for the Traveler
    • Barcodes for all attached parts
    • Showing step descriptions for each step
    • Showing list of instruction documents per step
    • General Flow Definition information
    • Time stamps and signatures of the completed steps
  • Inventory Report

    From the Inventory Desktop inventory reports can be opened and printed. The report can be configured to show the following:

    • Finished Goods Inventory (FGI)
    • Raw Material Inventory (RMI)
    • Totals per Part Definitions
    • Showing individual Unique Identifiers
    • Showing Part Manufacturers
    • Showing Date part was added to inventory
  • Part Record Report

    From the Part Record Form the Part Record report can be opened. The report can be configured to show the following:

    • Showing all time stamps and signatures per step
    • Showing all entered data on the flow (process / batch and Part data)
    • Showing flow exceptions (will show holds, reworks etc.)
    • Complete historic timeline
  • Work Order Report

    From the Work Order Desktop, a list with Work Orders can be opened. From the Work Order Form a report can be opened and printed, showing the following information:

    • General Information
    • A table with the requested parts with delivery dates and quantities
  • Purchase Order Report

    The purchase Order Report can be used to send to supplier to order new parts.

  • Packing Slip

    For each shipment a packing slip report can be generated.

  • State / Part Matrix

    A fast way to see where all the parts are is to use the Part State Matrix. The Parts State Matrix (sometime called 'Part States Grid' or 'Parts States List') can be accessed from the Traveler and Reports Desktop.
