Overview of all Listboxes for Data Export

Most EZ-MES Objects can be displayed in Listboxes. Each Listbox can be exported to Excel. To show the available information for data export, this page will show all the available Listboxes and sub-listboxes in EZ-MES.

Available Lisboxes per EZ-MES Object

The following will show for each EZ-MES Object:

  • Short Description

    Provides a short description of the EZ-MES Object. The EZ-MES will be a hyperlink that will open the general information page for that object.

  • Main Listbox

    This is the Listbox that will list all the instances of this specific object. For each main Listbox the following is given:

    • The columns shown in the main Listbox. The columns can consist of object attributes or derived values.
    • Preset Filters on the main Listbox.
  • Sub Listboxes

    The sub-listboxes that are available on the object Popup Form / Dialog

Flow Definition

The Flow Definition is the template for Travelers and is created by sequencing Step Definitions.

  • Main Listbox

    Columns:
    Traver number + Rev + Name, Status, Calc Status, Flow Type, Creates Parts, Constrained Flow, Number of Steps, Number of posisble paths, Part Conversions, State During Traveler, State at Traveler End

    Status Filters: Pending - Active - Closed - Deleted

  • Sub Listboxes on Form

    - List of all Flow Steps
    - List of all flow documentation
    - List of all parts currently in this flow
    - List of all flows currently in this flow
    - All revisions for this flow

Lot

The Lot EZ-MES Object can be used to group Part Records under a single Unique Identifier.

  • Main Listbox

    Columns:
    Lot numbers, Lot Status, Number of Parts, Lot Description

  • Sub Listboxes on Form

    All attached Part Records with the following columns: Unique Identifier, Part Quantity, Part State, Process State, Current Step, Current Traveler, Current Flow Definition, Part Goal

Traveler (Flow Record)

The Traveler is the EZ-MES Object that is used to move Part Records around. The Traveler gets its routing information from the Flow Definition that served as a template at the moment the Traveler was created.

  • Main Listbox

    Columns:
    Print Preview, Priority, Traveler Number, Traveler State, Traveler Process State, Flow Definition, Number of Parts, Current Step, Part Goal, Work Order, Stard Date, Part State During Flow, Part State at completion)

    Status Filters: Hold - Active - All - Equipment - Part

  • Sub Listboxes on Form

    - All Part Records
    - All Specification for the current Part Definition
    - All Instruction documents for current step
    - All Attached Files
    - All added comments
