Split a Lot (Create a Sub-Lot)
When Lots for Discrete parts are created within EZ-MES they can be split creating sublots. The following
shows an example of a Wafer Lot of 6 wafers where 2 wafers are split off to a sub lot. At the moment the
split occurs the wafers are traveling on a single traveler.
First the Traveler was split into 2 travelers, so that the
resulting lots can travel indepent from each other.
After the Traveler split, the Lot will be split. (Dependent on demand this feature can be automated in the future)
