Help on issues you can run into

The following will show problems you can run into and possible solutions.

  • Shown information is not correct

    Not all information that is being shown in the browser is continuously connected to real-time events. It is possible that you (or someone else on a different computer) make changes, and that these changes are not showing up in other forms or listboxes that is displaying the same information.

    Refresh the Form

    Most Forms and Listboxes have an Refresh Icon (shown here above in the different sizes it can occur in the user interface). Pressing this Icon will resolve the issue.

  • Parts do not show up in a listbox

    In certain cases it can happen that parts do not show up in a listbox. A simple way to fix this is to press the refresh Icon in the lower right corner of the listbox.

  • Reports do not Print

    Most reports in EZ-MES can be printed by drawing the report in a new browser window. The Pop-Up blocker of your browser can prevent this new window from opening up. How to solve Pop-Up blocker issues.

  • Slow internet connection

    If your EZ-MES is unresponsive, one of the explanation is that you have a slow Internet connection. You can check this by opening the connection trend window. You can open this window by clicking the pulsating connection icon in the upper left corner of the Desktop.
