This page will show step by step how an operator would complete a TR100116 R1 traveler. It will show the user-interface from the perspective of an operator. Many features of the user interface will not be accessible. These features are only accessible for users for which more access rights are defined.
Click the text under the titles of the steps to get an extensive explanation of the specific step.
Open the list box and pick a traveler. (Traveler with 0 parts are normally at the start of the flow. For this example it is recommended to start with a fresh traveler.)
If you only have user rights, you are not able to create travelers. If you have the rights: How to create a traveler?
Because parts are not pulled from inventory, they have to be created on the traveler. This will show you how to create a lot of 10000 parts.
After the parts are created on the traveler, a Lot Number has to be assigned. This is a unique identitfier and no lots with the same Lot Number can exist.
Before work on this step can be started, the Traveler first has to be moved from the CUED state to the INPROCESS state.
As shown in this example, the lot does not pass the number of Rejects, and has to be placed on hold. How to place a lot on Hold?
To get to the next step we will correct the pass quantity to 32.
Basically using the same features of the previous sections, so here we explain a bit more about the traveler.
The Final Test can happen over multiple shifts. This step checks if all chips are tested. If this is not the case, the Traveler will not go to the next step, but will be submitted to the same final test step. The state will change from INPROCESS to CUED.
This step will show how the sample size can be dynamic based on the incoming lot size.
